Application for our Online Hotel Reservation System

HOW TO APPLY:
Contact us by clicking the "Contact Us" link at bottom of this page. In your e-mail, give us your business name, your name, phone number, and best time to call you (or, you can call us at phone number listed at top of page). We'll give you a call to ask your timing needs and will then will prepare a customized Application Form Runtime Solution (database) that you will download from a web page that we will direct you to. We require a $50 non-refundable setup fee. After a 30-day free trial, you will be charged for the next 12 months of service, and thereafter monthly. See Costs page for details.
When you download the Application Form Runtime Solution, you will be given a unique password by e-mail that will allow only you to open the database. (This FileMaker Database Runtime Solution requires no software -- all software is included in the Solution that you will download. You can see the Application Form Worksheet by downloading the PDF file "Application Form Worksheet" shown & described below.)
The Application Form database has these parts:
The entire process of filling in all the fields on four pages will take one to two hours -- something you can do over a few days in spare time. But when finished, you will have defined your entire online reservation system and you will be able to start taking online reservations within 3 days of your account approval.
Contents (each part on separate PAGE) and estimated time to fill out each part:
1. Start Here Page - This page with general information. (3 minutes)
2. Application Form - This page requests information about your business. (15-30 minutes)
3. Reservation System - Part 1 - This page allows you to specify the text on your online
reservation system -- its logo text and hotel policies text. (30-60 minutes)
4. Reservation System - Part 2 - Here you specify the Rate Schedules for your hotel. (15-30 min.)
5. Reservation System - Part 3 - Here you will provide credit card information to which your
monthly charges (exceeding pre-paid minimums) will be charged each month. (5 min.)
6. How to return this database - this explains how to return this database back to
SecureServices..cc for processing. (5 min.)
When you've complete filling in all the pages, you will return the password protected database to us via e-mail for processing of your application. You also will need to mail us your most recent statement of your credit card Merchant Account as proof of having a valid Merchant Account to process locally the credit cards that will be sent you from Guaranteed online reservations you receive. The approval process takes about 2-4 days from the time we receive your returned application database and the supporting documents. Because the returned database also has all the required fields for your online reservation system, we will be able to send you within 2-3 days after approval a package that contains:
• Your hotel's database for local processing of the online reservations you receive.
• The hypertext code for the "Make Your Reservation" button on all your web site's pages. This directs clients to our servers which
will open the online Reservation Form page for your hotel. (If you need us to add this code to your web pages, we can do for a $50 charge.)
• If you do not currently have a web site, we can help set up one for you, and even host a single page site for accepting reservations.
REQUIRED WRAPPING TEXT, WITH LINK, ABOVE AND BELOW (OR JUST BELOW) THE "Make Your Reservation" BUTTON ON YOUR SITE:
(This section applies only to those with web sites -- not applicable if we provide you with web link for your clients to make online reservations.)
We require you to add the following wrapping text, with link, around the "Make Your Reservation" button as validation of our serving your site's hotel reservations.

Below button: 1st line below button: "provided by", and 2nd line below button: "SecureServices.cc" with the words "SecureServices.cc"
hyperlinked in new page (target="blank") to "http://www.secureservices.cc" as validation of our serving your site's hotel reservations. Add
hyperlink only to 2nd line below button so the 1st line, "provided by" acts as spacer from button's hyperlink to reservation system.
Note: There is NO space between "Secure" and "Services" in "SecureServices.cc".

Keep in mind that this is merely a worksheet for you to collect your data for your use. The actual Application Form we send you is a database that must be used because our systems will automatically import your data from this returned Application Form database. (We will not accept printed pages as your Application Form -- only the returned database.)
IF YOU NEED A WEB SITE BUILT FOR YOU OR DON'T NEED A WEB SITE
See below** how we can build you a basic 2-page web site for you if needed, or, if you don't need or want a web site.
If you want us to build a web site for you, you will need to provide photos in digital format (.jpg files used by all digital cameras) and descriptive text for use on the web site we build. Once the photos and descriptive text are provided, we can have your site up and running within a week!

Keep in mind that the site we build for you is YOUR property -- the domain ownership is yours with 10 years of prepaid registration, and 3 years of prepaid hosting by GoDaddy.com. We will send you all the html files so you can update your site by yourself if you desire. It's your property!
A PC computer (Pentium 300MHz or higher running Windows 2000, XP, or higher), or a Macintosh computer (G3, G4, G5, or Intel running Mac OS X 10.2.8, 10.3.2 or later including all version of 10.4 and higher), with an internet connection (DSL, Cable, or dial-up modem) and an e-mail client program (e.g. Outlook Express, Eudora, Apple Mail) to send your Reservation Confirmations to client.
Note: A high-speed internet connection is not essential since you will be receiving and sending only text based e-mails and logging into our SSL encrypted web mail server with a browser that supports a minimum of 128-bit encryption to copy text data on a regular basis.
Each hotel is responsible for maintaining tight security on the computer used to host our runtime database, keeping it free of viruses, spyware, and any other intrusions.
** If you want us to set up a web site for your hotel, we can set up a basic 2-page web site for $399 which INCLUDES:
DOMAIN REGISTRATION FOR 10 YEARS -- ownership remains with hotel.
3 YEARS OF PRE-PAID HOSTING BY GoDaddy.com (after the 36 months, hosting will be charged directly to hotel's credit card at
the going GoDaddy rates at that time. (Current GoDaddy charge per month is about $8/mo on a 3-year advance payment basis.)

If you don't need a web site for your hotel, we will provide you with a web link that you can give your clients to make online reservations. No extra cost for this option and it works exactly the same as if they clicked a "Make Your Reservation" button on your web site. You can then add this link to your business card and give to each client when they check out so they can make a future reservations with the convenience of being able to make them online from anywhere at anytime.
Note: Spanish pages are not included in this offer, but if you provide the translations for text on your pages, we will include for a +$30
charge. Our reservation system is already capable of accepting reservations in Spanish. Links to "Make Your Reservation" from
English pages go to reservation system in English, and similar links ("Hacer una Reservación") from Spanish pages go to
reservation system in Spanish.

We will e-mail you a package showing how to gather your information to then go online and submit your application along with all your pertinent information for your hotel's online reservation system. If you already have a web site, you can be accepting reservations within 5 days of the acceptance of your application. Note: You will be asked to provide proof of having a merchant account for accepting credit cards. Acceptance or denial of your application is solely determined by SecureServices.cc. (See FAQ's page for more information about the approval process.)
SecureServices.cc liability is limited to providing its client hotels (hotels, B&B's, motels, etc.) with the secure acceptance and transfer of credit card and personal information from our servers to its client hotels. Once this information is transfered to our client hotels, we have no further involvement nor liability in how this information will be used or protected from misuse by said client hotels. Additionally, SecureServices.cc makes no claims as to the suitability, safety, or condition of said client hotels.
